Known for his clear and direct approach, he provides evidence-based care and takes a measured, conservative approach when appropriate — often recommending monitoring or no treatment where this is in the patient’s best interest.
He holds degrees in Medicine, Science (Pharmacology), and Exercise Science from The University of Western Australia. His early career included hospital rotations in emergency medicine, orthopaedics, respiratory medicine, neurology, surgery, and general medicine, building a broad clinical foundation across a wide range of conditions.
He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), having completed specialist general practice training in both regional and suburban Western Australian settings.
He has particular interests in ADHD medication management (following specialist diagnosis), weight management including modern evidence-based injectable therapies, and travel medicine.
